Arribat is an international journal published by the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) of Morocco. The word "Arribat" is the Arabic transcription of the city of Rabat, capital of Morocco. It also designates a kind of charter.
The Arribat journal, founded in 2021, is intended to be a platform for exchange between human rights defenders, experts, academics, practitioners, ... on contemporary human rights issues. Biannually, it has already received the support of recognized experts.
The CNDH, with its 30 years of existence as a National Human Rights Institution INDH, with its Rabat Institute of Human Rights, wishes through this initiative to open up more to the academic world and set up an international platform exchange on subjects in its field of intervention.
The journal combines both general and thematic issues. Articles in this indexed journal go through a blinded peer reviewing validation process. Our valiant contributors, from all contents and all fields, have very varied profiles: university researchers, heads of NGOs, officials in the UN system, heads of NHRIs, ...
